Humans construct their God in their own image, and too often with human faults.

Today, the spiritual values of feeding the hungry, nurturing the human dignity of the most vulnerable, caring for the weak have been hijacked by a new wave of discrimination masquerading as "religious freedom." We are standing on the edge. In the name of "religious freedom" will shop owners, bakery shops, hotels, movie houses and the like--all selling their goods and services in the public square--be able to put signs in the window as to who is not welcome? Should a family with the wrong skin color, or a married couple of the same-sex, or non-believers ever have to stand at a restaurant door and wonder whether they will be served inside?
